The company promotes an innovative and effective product range primarily focused on the nutritional and healthcare requirements of large farm animals. Mayo Healthcare’s focus has been based on product expansion and market development of research-backed collaborations with Irish, UK and US Agriculture Universities.
Rachael Rothwell
International Sales Manager
Rachael is an Advanced Practitioner in Equine Integrative sports Therapies, BHSAI, MIRVAP(MT) and has extensive experience in the horse industry for over 30 years. She's competed at National level in several disciplines & is passionate about delivering positive change to the horses general welfare.
Kristie Archdale
Marketing Manager
Kristie’s love for horses started early, growing up on a livery yard and riding ponies before she could even walk. She’s competed at top events like the Pony Club Championships, Badminton Grassroots Championships, and Osberton Young Horse Eventing Championships on a horse she backed and produced herself. With a Master’s degree in marketing, Kristie combines her lifelong passion for equestrianism with her expertise in branding and communications to promote MonoShield Equine, an equine health supplement designed to support horse health and wellbeing.
Kirsten Nowak
Veterinary Support
Kirsten graduated as a vet from the University of Veterinary Medicine Hanover, Germany. She has been working with Mayo Healthcare since 2016 and is excited to be part of MonoShield Equine's development. Alongside her work, Kirsten enjoys spending time on the farm and drag hunting with the East Clare Harriers.
